Parade Permit Request

It is necessary, when possible, for this application to be submitted at least one month prior to the date of the proposed event. It is understood that parades, processions, etc., are subject to being halted or interrupted to permit the passage of vehicles through or alongside when and if necessary and also are subject to any other direction the police may deem necessary for the proper and orderly control of traffic.

*Indemnity

As the applicant, you must type your full name to hereby indemnify and save harmless the Kingston Police Services Board, the Chief of Police, police officers of the City of Kingston, the Corporation of the City of Kingston, and its employees and agents from any action, suit, or claim that may arise from the granting of the permission to hold an event as applied for.
